| Bio: | I'm a US expat living in Scotland since 1994 and now officially British-American. I have two paid jobs. I am both a freelance educator running hands-on art history workshops (primarily for children but have worked with all age groups and hope to continue to do so), and I also design one-off textile accessories like handbags, necklets and corsage brooches. And I've used "paid" in the loosest sense of the word as neither job is terribly reliable. I also do volunteer work with two charities, both working with homeless and ex-homeless people. I'm disorganised, disjointed and can be a bit self absorbed, but I'd like to think I am a nice person. My family consists of my scarily long term partner ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} anthonybailey and our two cats, Noodle and Miso (Miso features on my icon). We bought our first house in October of 2007 and I love it so much I don't ever want to leave. I somehow manage to be both depressive and incredibly aware of how lucky I am.
